After crossing to Hong Kong about 6 o'clock the
trio went for a ride in the car and then proceeded to
breakfast. They booked a room at the Tungshan "otel which was occupied by Christie and Zimmern for several days. There the killing of ung was again discussed, accused still preferring a gun, He listened to a suggestion by Christie for the use of oyanide of potassium and a hypodermic syringe. The question of liability for homicide by a minor, Christie being only 20, was also rained, and to reassure Christie accused suggested seeing solicitors and obtaining
their opinion on the matter. the three left the Tung Shan Hotel and visited the Queen's Dispensary and then King's `ispensary at which Christie bought 40 cents worth of cyanide
of potassi They then went on to the Tharmacy in Queen's Rond where Christie further bought a 2 c.c. hypodermic syringe in its metal box, poison and box being handed over to the
accused,
Then followed visite to three different solicitors, firstly Mr. M. Lo, whome office accused himself accompanied
by Zimmern, visited; dr. Edgar Davidson whan Christie and Zimmern consulted; and finally dr. C.Y. Kwan who again was consulted by Christie and Zimmern, the accused in these two latter cases remaining with the cur in Statue Square. In
each base the purpose for which the solicitors were consulted
was the legal effects of homicide in certain circumstances. I am not suggesting, when I say he visited r. 1.§. lo's
office I must make it quite clear that ir. lo does not identify the accused, but the evidence of Christie and Zimmern
